Alban knows the station well, having worked there for several years, notably at Arc 1600.
His knowledge and know-how have inspired him to innovate!

From 8.30 am, on the terrace or in the room for the most cautious, these new owners offer you savory or sweet breakfasts, enough to satisfy all tastes, to start from a good foot or a "good ski"!

Salty breakfast: Omelettes, scrambled eggs, avocado toast, salmon croissant ....
Sweetened breakfast: Acaï bowl, smoothie bowl, pancakes, banana cakes ... ..

The selected products are in the air of time, namely Bio, handcrafted and homemade!

A non-stop Brunch service is available all day to satisfy you.

A multitude of small dishes original and worked are à la carte.

A mixture of colors and flavors for the pleasure of the taste buds and pupils is served for lunch, après-ski, until the aperitif.
